The Grow Up Rhubarb Gin

Ingredients
1 bottle of Lidl gin (or any affordable gin)
3–4 sticks of rhubarb, chopped
Zest of 1 orange/lemon (optional)
Thumb-sized ginger slice (optional)
3–4 tbsp sugar
Serving ideas:
Over ice with tonic
Splashed into prosecco
As a homemade gift
Method:
Add rhubarb, zest, ginger, and sugar to a jar.
Pour in gin, seal, and shake.
Steep for 1–2 weeks, shaking daily.
Strain into a clean bottle and enjoy!
How to Make It:
Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
Add the rosemary and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
Let it cool completely, then strain out the rosemary.
Add a few drops of essential oil if using, and pour into a spray bottle.
Store in the fridge and use within 1–2 weeks.
